Active member: a person with at least one booking in the last 30 days or a subscription currently in force at measurement. Each person counts once, including open-gym members who do not make bookings.
Price change and renewal terms
Published prices apply to new subscriptions, package changes and renewals under the agreement. Your agreed starting price is recorded in your agreement. Price changes for an existing subscription are emailed before renewal: 30 days for monthly and 60 days for annual subscriptions, with the option not to renew. The starting price applies for the first agreed subscription period; renewals follow the notice procedure above. Existing special price agreements remain. Prices exclude 24% VAT.

In every package, your clients get access to the basic tidy-book mobile app. After login, the app adapts to your space, showing the logo, colors and environment of your gym or studio.
A separate environment for each customer
Each venue runs in a separate environment, instead of sharing the same installation with other businesses.
This offers better isolation, more security and significantly reduces the risk of mixing or exposing data between different customers.
App with your own brand - an optional extra
The app with your own brand is optional. It is not required for your clients to use the app.

If you only operate for part of the year, you can choose an annual plan instead of a monthly subscription. It is a separate model, not an extra charge: you pick one or the other, never both.

For businesses agreeing the seasonal model, distinct active instructors are counted cumulatively over the twelve-month period. Your starting price and plan are recorded in the agreement.
Upgrade and additional feature terms
An upgrade charges the full difference between the new published annual price and the annual price already agreed for the same period, without proration for remaining months or the season. Scale requires a quotation and acceptance before charging.
Free additional features and expressly labelled beta/preview features may change, be withdrawn or become optional paid features, with advance notice under Terms of Service section 7. AI assistance is informational and its answers must be checked.
