Data export and switching providers
02/10/2026
How to request an export
The Contract Contact or legal representative emails [email protected] or [email protected] with the business and secure recipient. TidyBook confirms authority and arranges export, secure delivery and necessary assistance.
Content and formats
Exportable data and files actually held for the Customer are supplied with necessary identifiers, relationships and field descriptions. Data already lawfully deleted is not recreated.
| Data | Delivery format |
|---|---|
| Members, staff/instructors, relationships and available account information | CSV or JSON, with field and relationship descriptions |
| Bookings, subscriptions, schedules, attendance, tournaments, history and business settings | CSV or JSON, with necessary dates, statuses and links |
| Payments and retained fiscal records, including transmission statuses, MARK/UID, cancellations and credit documents | CSV/JSON for structured data and stored XML; available/generated PDFs where held |
| Content, images and files the Customer is entitled to use | Original stored format, with a file inventory |
Assistance, access and limitations
Section 18A’s switching, extension and retrieval periods also apply to exports arranged by contacting us. Retrieval remains available for at least 30 days after the transition. Actual limitations, dependencies and recipient requirements are disclosed before delivery. The destination provider configures and imports into its own system; identical application functions are not guaranteed.
No Customer exportable data is excluded as a trade secret. Other businesses’ data, software code and internal security secrets are not supplied. No export/switching charge is agreed. Any proportionate early-termination compensation for an annual commitment is specified separately in section 6.1 of the signed agreement; it is not a data-egress charge and does not prevent data delivery. No switching or data-egress charges apply from 12 January 2027.
